Three Tech Consulting is an AI product studio. We help founders, product owners, and operations leaders in the EU, UK, and GCC put AI into software that has to hold up after launch.

Most teams either hire for it, or they try to stand the work up themselves. We are a small in-house studio that builds the product and the AI that belongs in it, so you get the return without standing up a department.

You work with a lead architect and senior engineers, in your tools, until the system is live and your people can run it.

  • Scope the real constraint. We start with the workflow, the data, and the risk, not a feature list. Sit with the people who run the work today. The goal is the highest-leverage place to put AI, and a first slice that can actually go live.
  • Build with your people. We work next to the product owner and operators. Your stack, your rituals, your security bar. Senior engineers ship in short bursts against a real workflow, not a six-month dark room.
  • Stay through production. Launch is not the end. We stay on reliability, access, and a handoff your team can actually run. The work is done when the system holds up, not when a demo looks good.
